How long does it take for my racket to be strung?

Professional stringing typically takes 24 to 48 hours. During peak season or major tournaments, please allow for slightly longer processing times.

What is your return policy on tennis rackets?

New, unused rackets can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. However, once the plastic wrap is removed from the handle or the racket has been strung, it is no longer eligible for return.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship high-performance tennis gear worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.

How do I know which grip size to choose?

Most adults use a size 4 3/8 (L3). You can measure your hand from the middle crease of your palm to the tip of your ring finger to find your exact match. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size and adding an overgrip.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
