  Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and racquet plastic wrap intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original shipping box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
